The number of customers moving to SaaS is on the rise, in the last 2 years 100% of new customers have implemented SaaS. The SaaS solution provides a variety of benefits in comparison to the on premise approach. One of the most prominent advantages is the ability to free up resources. Access through the cloud allows us to easily access your CIPHR system over a secure web connection, enabling efficient support and delivery of services, eliminating the need for backups and on-site visits. This has allowed our Service Desk to close nearly 60% of calls within an hour and over 95% of calls are closed within 3 days.

John’s recent visit to United Welsh was another successful experience. In a previous consultancy visit John and United Welsh worked together to create targets. After an extensive review it was decided that the system’s functionality needed to be put to more effective use by targeting key areas of improvement including, notifications, CIPHR mobile, PayLink and Expense On Demand . The second visit was provided as part of the Client Service Package and focussed on deployment of various areas of the CIPHR system, with advice and guidance on how to get the most from these areas, whilst taking into consideration company processes and targets. Personalised Online Refresher Training
If there is a specific topic that you would like further training on, our 1:1 training sessions will cover key features and functions. One of our expert trainers will target the key issues that you want to focus on and answer any questions along the way.
Online Master Classes
Our master classes cover a variety of topics including ‘How to update your holiday year’ or ‘How to use offsets in CIPHR’. These sessions are designed to give you the desired information in a fast, straightforward session. Discussion topics are scheduled once you have registered an interest in a particular area.
Our HR system consultancy within the CSP offers two separate sessions to cover specific areas within HR and business challenges which you would like to focus on. This time can be used to supplement the other services described or for specific impartial advice on HR challenges.

- You can receive up to 7.5 hours of technical consultancy and select the areas that are most important to you.

An annual review to discuss HR strategy and processes with a consultant. Our 32 years of experience with a range of organisations allows us to understand your HR needs and give expert advice on the following topics:
- How your HR system fits with your overall HR strategy
