Here at CIPHR we love football – one of our clients is the Premier League after all – and with the season in full swing we wanted to turn our attention to the beautiful game. But how can football improve creativity, drive productivity and develop team work?
The answer is Fantasy Football! Here are our top three reasons why Fantasy Football will make your company top of the game:
Fantasy Football will improve the communication within your team tenfold. You’ll see co-workers who wouldn’t normally talk to each other discussing tactics by the coffee machine. Fantasy Football provides people with a reason to talk to colleagues who they wouldn’t normally mingle with – both inside and outside the office. Once the season is over those bonds will remain and will help to create a sense of solid teamwork within the workplace.
2. Stress buster
Providing employees with an interesting topic to throw themselves into during the work day can magically reduce stress levels. Fantasy Football provides people with a conversational distraction and eases the pressures of the working day.
