As each Computers In Personnel client is unique and each payroll implementation requires different combinations of data and a different transfer format, CIPHR Paylink is individually configured on installation to meet the specific needs of the client.
Automatic Updates & Records
CIPHR Paylink can be run at any time, typically before regular payroll runs. When you do so, the software identifies any personnel records that have been changed since the last run. It then exports that data and identifiers as a file ready for the payroll software to use. The payroll can then check the data before confirming back to CIPHR Paylink that it has been accepted.
As CIPHR Paylink keeps a seperate record of the data transferred for each employee, it provides an effective audit trail. The data can be viewed, reported on and even re-transferred, should the need arise.
