It then exports that data and identifiers as a file ready for the payroll software to use. The payroll can then check the data before confirming back to CIPHR Paylink that it has been accepted.
As CIPHR Paylink keeps a seperate record of the data transferred for each employee, it provides an effective audit trail. The data can be viewed, reported on and even re-transferred, should the need arise.
