Why Diversity & Inclusion Should Be On Your Agenda
Working to improve diversity and inclusion (D&I) in organisations is a challenge many struggle with, despite their best intentions, but with current political and social division in the UK and the wider world there has never been a better time to work on bringing people together.
CIPHR, in partnership with People Management Insight, recently surveyed more than 300 HR professionals to try to uncover how well organisations are doing on D&I in the workplace, what they feel is holding them back and where they are seeing results. As well as commenting on some of the key findings of the research, this report will seek to dig a little deeper into the topic and how success can be achieved. Some of the findings were more surprising than others, but what was evident from the research was that there is still a lot of work to be done.
