Ciphr also realigns its product range, and introduces new packages to improve choice and value for customers

Ciphr, a leading UK provider of SaaS HR, payroll, recruitment and learning solutions, is today rebranding its HCM platform as ‘Ciphr Connect’.

The new name is designed to emphasise the importance of connectivity between specialist HR software at the heart of Ciphr’s offering to customers, and create a clearer distinction between the growing activities of the Ciphr Group and the range of products that Ciphr offers.

Ciphr Connect provides a frictionless people experience across an organisation’s entire employee lifecycle. As well as the seamless integration between each of the solutions in the Ciphr Connect platform (now named Ciphr HR, Ciphr Payroll, Ciphr iRecruit, and Ciphr LMS), Ciphr Connect also has excellent connectivity to a wider ecosystem of specialist, third-party tools using modern API technology.

Ciphr is also today announcing the launch of four new Ciphr Connect functionality packages, which are designed to offer customers a combination of products and features that will help them solve their HR challenges, for an attractive price:

  • Case management
  • Safeguarding/eligibility and certification module
  • Active Directory connector

  • Ciphr iRecruit

  • Identity and background checks
  • One additional API key

Ciphr Connect Pay and Reward

Ciphr Connect Talent

  • Ciphr LMS
  • Talent management
  • One additional API key

Commenting on the changes, Matt Russell, chief commercial officer at Ciphr, said: “Ciphr’s offering has grown far beyond the HR software we started out with more than 30 years ago. The introduction of the Ciphr Connect brand makes it clear that we now provide comprehensive, and integrated people management solutions that enable customers to better manage processes and interactions across the employee lifecycle – from talent attraction, recruitment and onboarding, through to pay, talent management and offboarding.

“The repositioning also emphasises the importance of integrated people management solutions to HR and organisational success. Without connected systems, HR professionals waste precious time on administrative tasks that could (and should) be automated, and lack holistic insight into key people metrics – which is essential for making timely, informed strategic decisions.”

Russell added: “The Ciphr Connect HCM platform provides our customers with a frictionless people management experience, whether they choose to use only our solutions, or integrate Ciphr Connect with software from other third-party vendors – including our specially chosen Ciphr partners. We’re delighted to be embarking on this next chapter in Ciphr’s history and welcoming even more organisations to the Ciphr family.”
