The course covers the UK legislative context, including the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty. Managers learn their obligations and the reasons behind them. We designed it to change practice, not tick a compliance box. What people learn shows up in the next one-to-one, interview or team conversation, and HR gets fairer ways of working it can stand behind.

Our in-house design team adds your branding, photography and your own policies and procedures on neurodiversity. We also offer sector-specific versions.
