Presentation 1: Changes to the Service Desk (Ben Gammons, Service Desk Manager)
At the event, Ben discussed on-going changes within the CIP Service Desk, including recent team introductions, a new online client portal for managing support calls and plans to extend support hours.
Presentation 2: Managed Services (Grant Taylor, Head of Managed Services)
Grant covered the services available to clients through CIP, including a background of managed services, the benefits and options offered.
Presentation 3: Product Roadmap (Simon Brown, Product & Partner Manager)
Simon Brown gave an overview of the CIP product roadmap, covering the factors that influence CIP’s product-related decisions and what’s going on in the CIP construction team in the near future.
