Each of our clients is assigned a dedicated customer success manager as their primary point of contact. Their product knowledge and expertise will help make sure that you are gaining the greatest benefit from your Ciphr system and maximising your return on investment. They will also keep you up to date with the latest Ciphr product and service information, evaluate what any Ciphr system changes might mean for your organisation or HR processes, and ensure that your expectations are always met.
As a Ciphr customer, you’ll receive invitations to exclusive events – hosted by our customer success team – that feature guest speakers, cover trending HR topics, and give you the opportunity to preview forthcoming improvements to Ciphr’s functionality.
Our events also provide invaluable opportunities for customers to share experiences, network with fellow HR professionals, and discuss organisational challenges in a supportive environment.
