Ciphr eLearning's roots in financial services go back to consultancy work for Markel International, followed by an extensive relationship with Lloyd's of London that includes anti-money laundering and other compliance courses built for the London market.
We also built the online diversity training used across Societe Generale, Citigroup and Commerzbank.
Further education eLearning
Our further education work started in 2007, when a partnership with the children's charity Barnardo's produced a child protection eLearning course now used by more than 30 further education colleges, with profits shared back to the charity.
College projects include:

- A full course suite for Leicester College that spans health and safety, compliance, diversity and management development
- A bespoke health and safety induction for Regents College

Health sector eLearning
Ciphr eLearning has worked with health and care providers, including hospitals, commissioning support units, care and homecare providers and NHS organisations, since 2003. Our first NHS projects were two bespoke diversity courses that are now used across more than 30 NHS organisations.
Recent NHS work includes an upgraded online equality impact assessment tool for the Christie Hospital in Manchester, and an updated diversity training tool for NHS Employers.
Higher education eLearning
Ciphr eLearning works with universities across the UK on a wide range of courses, from compliance to inclusion.

Legal sector eLearning at Ciphr has centred on diversity and inclusion, including a tailored unconscious bias course built for Linklaters and a repurposed ENEI unconscious bias course for Eversheds. Many firms use our customisation service to add their own message on why diversity matters to their business.
Local government eLearning
Local government eLearning at Ciphr has covered an extensive range of topics, from racial equality and mental wellbeing to sexual harassment and safeguarding.
Our work includes bespoke Child Criminal Exploitation training for Rotherham Council and the development of specialist Child Sexual Exploitation eLearning with the CSA Centre, which is being rolled out to local authorities across England.
Many councils customise our eLearning or create bespoke resources to showcase their own policies, procedures and local context.
Not-for-profit eLearning
Since Ciphr eLearning began in 2002, making a difference has been core to how we work. That commitment shaped our focus on diversity, equality and inclusion content, and the partnerships behind it, including our long-standing work with the children's charity Barnardo's.
