Each year, we bring together insights from HR and payroll – and now L&D and benefits – professionals to get a clearer picture of what’s ahead for the world of work. We’re turning our attention to next year – and we want to hear from you. 

Our 2026 lookahead survey is now live. It’s your chance to share your perspective on the key challenges, priorities and opportunities facing your function in the year ahead.
