The system will generate the correspondence and documentation you need to support this process, and stores all the vacancy related information, such as job description, person specification and advertisement copy, alongside the job vacancy.
Scheduled training events that are published in CIPHR Training can be viewed and booked, and pre or post course test questions and evaluations can be completed – all online.
Secure System
Careful checking and security procedures are built into CIPHR Net, to ensure data privacy and accuracy. Access privileges are configured at the set up stage, page by page, so that you can individually determine the access level of each employee role.
Workflow Enabled
Information categories, such as absence requests, can be specified and validated by authorised staff before being accepted into the system. Requests that require managerial approval can be directed through verification, before they are also accepted onto the system. The system automatically emails HR or management to notify them of a pending verification, and the results are automatically sent back to the employee via email.
The things I find most helpful about having a Service Pack are the unlimited training for me and my colleagues and the access it gives us to the consultancy time to make sure we're getting the most out of CIPHR.
