Scheduled training events that are published in CIPHR Training can be viewed and booked, and pre or post course test questions and evaluations can be completed – all online.
Careful checking and security procedures are built into CIPHR Net, to ensure data privacy and accuracy. Access privileges are configured at the set up stage, page by page, so that you can individually determine the access level of each employee role.
Information categories, such as absence requests, can be specified and validated by authorised staff before being accepted into the system. Requests that require managerial approval can be directed through verification, before they are also accepted onto the system.
