What’s new – January 2026
Ciphr HR
Accessibility: making Ciphr work for everyone
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. In January, we improved the experience for all users, including those who rely on assistive technologies:
- More accessible search and navigation: the person to view dropdown and advanced search are now easier to use with keyboard and screen readers
- Improved login and logout pages: screen reader users will find a smoother, more intuitive experience when signing in and out of Ciphr
Mobile: empowering managers on the go
Our mobile experience continues to evolve, putting more power in managers’ hands wherever they’re working:
- Document management in time off: managers and HR users with the right permissions can now upload and download documents directly in the mobile time off area — no need to switch to desktop
Behind the scenes: building for the future
January also included foundational work to support future enhancements, including continued preparation for the integration with Ciphr Payroll, so your HR and payroll data will work together even more seamlessly.
Why it matters
These updates reflect Ciphr's commitment to building HR software that's inclusive, mobile-ready, and continuously evolving. Every improvement, whether it’s a screen reader fix or a new mobile capability, is designed to help HR teams spend less time on admin and more time on the work that really matters: supporting people.
