Ciphr AI Assistant
Quality, reliability and usability update
- Quality and reliability: the assistant now gives more accurate, grounded answers more consistently, is more transparent when it genuinely can’t help, and stays more stable under load
- Feedback: new thumbs up/thumbs down icons let users flag what’s working (and what isn’t), feeding directly into future improvements
- Chat history: hovering over a past chat now reveals its date and time; history now covers 90 days (up from seven), with older chats opening as read-only and a “New chat” button for a fresh start
- Step-by-step reasoning (“chain of thought”) now starts collapsed by default to keep the chat view tidy; if expanded, that choice is remembered for the session
- The AI footer disclaimer has been updated to meet the incoming EU AI Act compliance requirements
