What UK organisations really think about multigenerational working: new research from Ciphr and ProAge
Wednesday 1 July at 11am
For the first time, four generations are working side by side. And while that brings real opportunity, it also brings complexity – different communication styles, different expectations, different relationships with technology, and different needs at every career stage.
Earlier this year, Ciphr and ProAge – a UK charity focused on age inclusion in the workplace – surveyed HR professionals and business leaders across the UK to find out how organisations are really navigating this. In this webinar, we'll share what they told us.
Ann Allcock, head of diversity at Ciphr, and Mike Mansfield, CEO at ProAge, will walk through the key findings and explore what they mean for HR teams and people managers in practice, including:
- Survey results showing that while 88% of employers say age-diverse teams bring broader experience and perspectives, fewer than a quarter say managers are very confident leading them – pointing to a need for clearer structures, stronger manager support and more intentional career development
- Practical steps organisations can take to build more age-inclusive workplaces
- What good age inclusion looks like in practice
- eLearning and consultancy services to support inclusive workplaces and learning
Whether you're just starting to think about age inclusion or looking to strengthen an existing approach, this session will give you evidence-based insight and practical takeaways you can use straight away.
