"The LMS is a straightforward system to set up and use with a lot of features behind the scenes which can combine to make it a very powerful piece of software to use. The rules and learning plans allow to customisation of training plans by role or individual. However it can be a simple database of learning if required. The big plus for me is the API which links the databases from Ciphr HR direct to the LMS. Single sign on, no password resets, and automatic change of training plans when people change roles saves a massive amount of time."
