General terms

• Offer applies to new deals signed before 6pm on Friday 5th December 2025
• Cannot be applied to deals that have already been signed
• Only one offer per deal
• Discounts are calculated from the price list

Deals for organisations who are not yet a customers

• Two-year price freeze applies to the details of the deal signed in the promotional period only and does not apply to items purchased during the term
• The free three-months is applied for the final three months of the contract
• Minimum term of 15 months

Deals for existing customers

• Discount is applied on total new spend signed in the period

Ciphr elearning offers

• Applies to all off-the-shelf courses
• Does not apply to bespoke or tailored content

Professional services offers

• Discounted days are to be used by 31st June 2026
• CSPs must be used within 12 months of the purchase date
