Multigenerational teams in the workplace – survey results

Ciphr teamed up with age inclusion charity ProAge to conduct joint research into how multigenerational teams are being supported in UK workplaces.
 
Over 130 HR professionals, senior managers and UK business leaders were surveyed.
 
The findings, published on 30 June 2026, show that many organisations do not have a clear strategy to age inclusion. Leaving their managers to navigate how to make multigenerational working work, without clear guidance or training.
