3) You’ll be able to better anticipate problems

4) You’ll have more time for breakfast

5) You’ll become a better planner

6) You’ll see the sunrise

7) You’ll have time to get some exercise early

8) You’ll sleep better

10) You’ll have an easier commute into the office

11) You’ll be able to work distraction free (at least for an hour or so!)

Tips on how to wake up early

  • Move your alarm clock away from your bed
  • Go to bed earlier
  • Get up at the earlier time no matter how difficult it feels
  • Don’t use the ‘snooze’ button
  • Use a gentle alarm and change it occasionally
  • Create a morning routine you look forward to
  • Set your alarm slightly earlier every day
