New partnership enables Ciphr customers to gain a greater insight into employee engagement at work

Ciphr, a leading UK provider of SaaS HCM solutions, has today (7 October 2020) announced a new partnership with employee success platform provider Peakon to offer organisations fully integrated cloud-based HR and employee engagement software.

The seamless integration between Ciphr HR and Peakon enables organisations to gain a holistic view of their people and people data – connecting the dots between factors such as location, line manager, training, career progression and reward – with employee feedback and engagement, so businesses can make more intelligent decisions about their people initiatives.

Commenting on the new partnership, Matt Russell, chief commercial officer at Ciphr, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Peakon as our newest Ciphr partner. Connectivity is at the heart of how we work here at Ciphr; we believe that only through integrated HR and people systems can organisations help their people perform and progress to the best of their ability. Our new partnership with Peakon enables Ciphr customers to gain deeper insight into how employees are feeling – insight that’s particularly valuable as we move forward into the new hybrid world of work.”

Peakon chief revenue officer Neil Ryland added:  “This exciting partnership with Ciphr will lead to the speedy and seamless integration between our two, trustworthy systems. It’s a win-win for both Peakon and Ciphr. But most importantly, it improves the experience for our customers, who will immediately see a clear overview of the feedback from their employees. This partnership streamlines the data integration process to help our customers get the most out of our products, and democratises employees’ insights at scale. At Peakon we believe that work should work for people. Without a clear view of the insights from your people, you can’t take deliberate and decisive action. This partnership supports us to deliver on our vision.”

Ciphr’s partnership with Peakon will begin with a live joint webinar, hosted at 11am on 22 October, on the topic of ‘What will employee experience look like in the hybrid world of work?’ Ciphr partner manager Megan Hope will be joined by Peakon chief evangelist Patrick Cournoyer to discuss how employee experience might be redefined and reimagined for the hybrid world of work – one in which many traditionally office-based staff will split their times between corporate workspaces, home offices, and even co-working spaces.

Key takeaways from the webinar will include:

  • How and why what employees want from their employers is shifting
  • How to hire and onboard new starters virtually
  • The role of digital tools in improving and streamlining the employee experience
  • How to evaluate employees’ experiences and develop action plans to make improvements

Registration for the webinar is open now.
