New partnership enables CIPHR customers to gain a greater insight into employee engagement at work
CIPHR, a leading UK provider of SaaS HCM solutions, has today (7 October 2020) announced a new partnership with employee success platform provider Peakon to offer organisations fully integrated cloud-based HR and employee engagement software.
The seamless integration between CIPHR HR and Peakon enables organisations to gain a holistic view of their people and people data – connecting the dots between factors such as location, line manager, training, career progression and reward – with employee feedback and engagement, so businesses can make more intelligent decisions about their people initiatives.

CIPHR’s partnership with Peakon will begin with a live joint webinar, hosted at 11am on 22 October, on the topic of ‘What will employee experience look like in the hybrid world of work?’ CIPHR partner manager Megan Hope will be joined by Peakon chief evangelist Patrick Cournoyer to discuss how employee experience might be redefined and reimagined for the hybrid world of work – one in which many traditionally office-based staff will split their times between corporate workspaces, home offices, and even co-working spaces.
